To be eligible to open and maintain an account with win100, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
win100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (passport, driver's licence, PhilSys ID, or SSS/GSIS card) — at any time and to suspend account access pending the outcome of such verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
If win100 discovers that a registered user is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit after deducting any bonus credits received.
Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on the win100 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. win100 may close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the user in such cases.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by win100 for identity verification or regulatory compliance purposes. You must promptly update any information that changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win100 login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. win100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact win100 support immediately.
win100 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of account holders, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. You consent to win100 conducting identity verification checks, which may include requesting documentary evidence and, where permitted, performing electronic identity checks against third-party databases.
win100 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, CLiQQ, and USDT, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the player's win100 balance instantly upon confirmation.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name. win100 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If win100 identifies that a deposit originated from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
win100 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity, or that is made in violation of these Terms. Deposits from accounts subject to self-exclusion will be returned and the associated account deactivated.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions: (a) your identity and age have been verified; (b) you have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the amount requested does not exceed your available balance after accounting for any pending bets; and (d) the withdrawal is being directed to a payment account or wallet registered in your own name.
Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya transfers. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day. USDT withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
win100 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of such checks.
In cases where win100 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, win100 may freeze a player's balance and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. win100 may report such cases to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
win100 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives to registered players ("Bonus Offers"). All Bonus Offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. Where a Bonus Offer's specific terms conflict with these General Terms, the Bonus Offer's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Bonus Offer only.
Unless otherwise specified, the following general bonus conditions apply to all Bonus Offers on win100:
All sports bets placed on win100 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are displayed within the sports betting section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet.
A bet is only considered accepted when it has been confirmed by win100's system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. win100 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at any time before the start of an event if: (a) there is an evident pricing error; (b) the event has already commenced; (c) the market has been suspended; or (d) win100 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event.
win100 endeavours to ensure that all odds displayed on the Platform are accurate. In the event of a manifest pricing error — defined as odds that are clearly erroneous and materially different from the true market price — win100 reserves the right to void any bets placed at such erroneous odds and refund stakes. win100 will not be liable for any losses arising from manifest pricing errors.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at win100's discretion, particularly during critical moments of play such as goals, fouls, injuries, or challenges. Bets that are placed after an event's outcome has been determined but before the market is closed in win100's system will be voided.
If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the treatment of bets will follow win100's sport-specific rules. In general, bets on postponed events that are not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may apply to PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, and other sports — please refer to the relevant rules section on the Platform.
All casino games available on win100 — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker variants, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, and all slots and fishing games — are subject to the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. In the case of any discrepancy between the game interface rules and any other documentation, the game interface rules shall govern.
Random number generator (RNG) games on win100 use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted with real physical equipment — cards, wheels, dice — operated by trained live dealer staff in licensed studio environments. win100 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including connection interruption, server failure, or game client error — win100's server-side records of the game state shall be the definitive record of the game's progress and result. win100 will use reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues fairly. Where a game round cannot be determined, stakes will be returned.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within each game's information panel. Actual returns to individual players will vary from published RTP figures due to the inherent variance of gambling.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win100 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:
win100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where win100 reasonably determines that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk to win100; or (d) the player is a self-excluded individual.
Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not due to breach or fraud), any remaining balance — after deducting bonus credits that have not met their wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their win100 account may do so at any time by contacting win100 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win100's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim; or (b) ₱5,000.
win100 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if win100 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
win100 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
win100's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by the win100 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to win100's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
win100 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how to exercise these rights.

Your continued use of the win100 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the win100 Platform, without prejudice to win100's right to seek urgent or interim relief in any competent jurisdiction.
win100 operates under the supervision of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Player disputes that cannot be resolved through win100's internal complaint process may be escalated to PAGCOR for review in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
